Improve Customer Demands By Welcoming Constructive Feedback

Welcoming customer demands is having the realization that each client has an uncanny and unique ability to approach each of us with a one-of-a-kind gift of which we will never be able to provide for ourselves on our own accord. This gift is never to be taken lightly and is to be portrayed by having an open mind by accepting to receive this for what it is...a way to improve customer demands by welcoming feedback, no matter what that may or may not entail.

When one produces fresh concepts or ever so gently offer friendly advice, they do this not to necessarily to stomp on our confidence. Instead, feedback is given for room to be considered for necessary improvements...nothing is perfect, but isn't it nice to be even closer to perfection when an idea arises to potentially make the outcome better than imagined or ever expected? I think so, because if one is able to surpass originated intent, then why not go for the gold, rather than just continue settling for 2nd or 3rd?

I always take customer demands seriously and welcoming their feedback has allowed me to have more flexibility to improve my own perceptions and see the light bulb in new areas never thought twice about prior. Feedback can also improve the approach we have to be more original, creative and innovative for our customers making return clientele more tangible and potential customers more reachable. No business can ever achieve success (or at least long-term results) without a backbone from their clientele.

"Business owners first need to achieve customer success, once achieved and maintained, only then can the whole package be unwrapped and deemed a success venture!"
-Mandy Zadoorian-

If ever a customer providing constructive feedback is overlooked, ignored or seen as insignificant or irrelevant, then do you think that person or company will ever succeed in the long term? Probably not!

Why wouldn't one take the advice, opinions, wants, demands of a customer to offer such fresh concepts through personal or professional perceptions? Are they too good, so to speak, to hear how others perceive them and/or their services?

Remember...Every Customer, Client or Potential Consumer Giving Honest Feedback Must Be Perceived As Relevant...No Matter What!

If one wants to improve customer demands by welcoming constructive feedback, then one must comprehend the actual value a customer brings to the table. The endless benefits through customer perception is extraordinary. A client's constructive feedback can be a single derivative of pure honesty...that's not always so simple to come by.

Think of how a true friend provides just the right level of genuine and blunt honesty to us while expressing their doubts when we make choices to perform something out of character or when they're excited for us and provide us praise. We then do the same for them in return and it is how a friendship is born and fulfilled effectively. Now think about the same concept regarding customer demands - the solution to improve the overall satisfaction is having the keen ability to accept their ideas and perceptions with grace and appreciation..the same value we demand from our own friends and family and all whom we trust whole-heartily.

For example, let's say a first time business owner, of whom has never ran a business prior, has their office up, running and ready to welcome customers; however, the 1st customer comes in and offers feedback when the business owner asks how their experience was...honestly the customer replies, "it's quite cluttered in here and a little overpriced too!" The owner gets huffy and excludes this information, perceives it as irrelevant since the owner feels everything is perfectly placed and priced.

Do you think that customer would come back? No way! Do you think this customer will tell everyone she knows about her experience....ah, yeah, I'd say so!

Everyone has thoughts that must be taken in to consideration, no matter how ridiculous it may seem, because in all reality, it could have been the missing piece of the puzzle otherwise completely invisible and even if simple, may have been overlooked by you, yet commonly seen in the fresh eyes of another. You get my point, but think again ways your customers, friends, colleagues, clients, co-workers can offer you the feedback that may be just the perfect fit for your business with a few simple changes and improved through an open mind.

Below is what I perceive as more beneficial resources to improve your customers' overall experience to improve their overall perception to be viewed in a brighter light than ever before!

How To Organize A Stress-Free Move

Okay, okay, so I know it's been quite a while since I've posted anything and sorry about that one, but I have been moving. Hence the need for me to share this post with all my awesome readers, friends, clients, and loyal followers! Hope you all like it and let me know if there's anything that could be beneficial to add and I'll be happy to do so!

How to be organized and stress-free during a move is quite a feat; however, it doesn't have to be that way. I have moved around a lot in my 27 years of life and can proudly say that I'm a "Professional" mover at this point. It may not be something to write down on a resume, but I think it is definitely something that helps when time is of the essence in a bind during a move, in a hurry!

So...how can we organize our lives for a stress-free move? That is the $1 MILLION dollar question...

Well, luckily, if you have a little bit of "OCD" on your side like myself, then you may be in good spirits by the end of this post. Who says OCD has to always be a bad thing??? I am all about organization, and yes, sometimes it is definitely overkill, but as long as one stays focused on the task at hand, then even the most difficult times can become more simple...more so than ever thought possible.

Here's My Top Suggestions To Simplify Organizational Demands Offering A More Stress-Free Move...
1. Write down a Plan of Action: Plot out what you need up until the day you move, such as clothes, toiletries, and anything else you know should either be kept with you or MUST wait until the lat moments to even think about packing due to frequent demands or use of those specific items.

2. Prepare and Dedicate Areas For Different Objectives: Dedicate an area for trash versus items you may consider donating versus, perhaps, selling or even items you're not sure what the heck to do with them.

3. Time Is Of the Essence: Next, decipher the rooms (or areas within your home, apt..etc) that are going to potentially be the most time consuming versus simple (I like to do the tough stuff first, but whatever makes you smile and feel less overwhelmed, then go for it!).

4. Organize breakables!: I always keep these items in boxes only with other breakables...this way, when you unpack, you won't be 'surprised' by any odd-ball items flinging out of boxes unexpectedly. I realize this may seem like common sense to some, but I've seen my friends pack (no offense) and I think it'll prove more helpful than not.

5. Pace Yourself: Don't overdue it one day so that you're too overwhelmed and perhaps too sore to do anything the next. Again, visualize or write down your next plan of action and follow through...consistency IS our friend in a move.

6. If you DON'T use it, than LOSE it!: Don't keep tons of stuff that you don't need, then taking them to a new place to just collect dust. Set your own rule if you must, but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT just keep things to keep them for no apparent reason. For example, my theory for my stuff is if I haven't used something in more than 6 months - 1 year and it carries no sentimental value of any kind to me, then it's history my friends. *NOTE* "Your trash may be another's treasure".

7. Breathe!!!: Let's not forget to take deep, soothing breaths...it will all be over soon. Visualize being in your new place once the madness, so to speak, subsides and you can really have the rest and relaxation you know, love and at this point, definitely deserve!

Good Luck On Your Next Move and There Are More Important Pointers To Come Soon!

Thank You All and Happy Friday!

Affirmations To Create and Implement Great Wealth, Success and Happiness With Positive Affirmations: Part II

It is very important that when one begins or wants to maintain positive affirmations that create and implement great wealth, success and happiness, that one writes their chosen affirmations down each day, or even types them, while always repeating them in their mind or stated aloud as often as possible. Repetitive actions with affirmations help the subconscious mind relate to the information most effectively.
Maintaining affirmations in one’s mind can create the outcome desired more applicable. The only issue preventing desires from become reality is primarily, one not having the belief within their own mind the affirmations can actually assist them in achieving what they want. Secondly, it is due to one being consistent in practicing their affirmations.

Below, you’ll be able to refer to original affirmations to create and implement abundance of wealth, success, and overall happiness. Some were inspired and originally written by other individuals that were slightly altered, reworded and/or added to, as a result, all resources and sources are introduces within this post:
  • I am good enough
  • I can achieve anything I set my own mind to at any given moment I choose, because I hold the strength to achieving greatness in all I do.
  • God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the thing I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.
  • God made me special and will guide me to obtaining an abundance of great wealth, good health and overall happiness I deserve, while offering me the wisdom give the same to others.
  • I am a lot stronger today than I was yesterday and will be even stronger tomorrow
  • I am a genius, creative, intuitive, driven, successful, lucky, financially wealthy, and overall, a happy and deserving person.
  • My life is abundant in all positive, inspiring, and uplifting ways
  • I know where I am headed to gain the successful outcomes I desire; all I need to do to attain my success is to put one foot in front of the other and it will be so.
  • I attract glorious wealth in all I do, easily and effortlessly.
  • Miraculous gifts are given to me through complete love, light, trust and faith
  • All I need to do to make miracles around me happen with abundance, is ask for them and to expect the miracles I ask for to happen.
  • Career opportunities are offered and guided directly to me each day, while each opportunity given is better than the last. Those career opportunities offer me a greater salary, with even greater success, than I have ever seen before or ever been able to imagine.

Think of positive affirmations for achieving abundance of wealth, success and happiness in terms of the best vacation you can ever imagine.

As a detailed example, let’s be on a vacation in the Bahamas, on the beach, next to the most blue, clear, warming ocean water ever seen. Visualize your feet touching the sand and the smoothness of the sand coming upon your feet and legs as you walk through it. Listen to the sounds around you such as, waves crashing onto the beach, while whispers of the gentle, calming breeze flow around your body and through your hair.

Now, you have a sort of euphoria never felt before, almost like you are able to do anything you set your mind to, because you have eliminated all the worry, doubts, fears, depression..all the negative thoughts and concerns you had before arriving at this blissful destination and now have been removed from the harsh realities to now be placed into an element of serenity.

The relief, the awareness of environmental aiding, the openness and welcoming nature helping you become “freed” of everything else in order to feel the necessary gratitude for this vacation is a reflection of all the negative inclinations being removed from your mind to help you see how wonderful life can be…that is what positive affirmations can also do for an individual.

Positive affirmations can remove feelings that were never wanted to begin with and replace them with emotions intended to feel and to help you see the bigger picture of life and the gifts it WILL give if the belief of possibilities is remembered…without ever being forgotten.

The 4 Most Soothing Words - Works Everytime!

The 4 most soothing words I've EVER heard were from my Mother. It was these words she'd say repeatedly to us while growing up...no matter how bad things got, you could bet on this coming out of her mouth.

The funny thing…it works every time, then and now! I am not sure if it mainly consists of a “Mom thing” or not, but hey, if it works, then so be it, right?!

Even now, if I seem down or have a bout of negativity for even a fraction of a second, then she will tell me this over and over until I get it through my think, stubborn skull. I know she always wants to make sure these 4 words don’t go in one ear and out the other.

Now, I use these words for the benefit for others, because I have the understanding of these words that I never had before. I receive positive feedback when I say this to others and it’s proof, at least in my eyes, these words truly are powerful to those who believe in them, plus it REALLY works at soothing one’s soul, somehow.

So these 4 words that brings such a vast amount of soothing reassurance???
"Everything Will Be Okay!"

It may also just be the simple nature of the content being a modified rationalization of how “we want things to be”, that it just works…yet it IS more than that. The phrase goes deep into my subconscious mind and I then physically, mentally, and emotionally feel better, instantaneously.

The word mental is the key above. Having trust and faith in ourselves and others, mentally, justly leads us to truly see that "everything will be okay!"

How To Discover Daily Distractions To Focus on Objectives

Not everyone finds their own focus in the same manner, including discover the precise ways to limit or eliminate their own daily distractions in order to fully focus at any objective at hand.

Improving the path of daily distractions can be challenging enough with the rest of the things going on in life, but there are a few things you can do for yourselves to better locate each distractions' origin...then, say goodbye to a world without focus!

The primary issue is the simple fact that those distractions can appear on a whim, without reason or cause or let alone the mind's own control. For instance, the phone rings, we hear a loud or questionable noise, maybe even an unexpected knock at the door.

Perhaps, it's just the daily distractions within our personal or professional spheres that cause a sense of reluctance preventing us the focus otherwise intended to maintain...it's human nature to consider all distractions, but more so, to let them be just that and go about our routine to gain back the control needed to move forward to focus on objectives at hand.

Here are 3 simple inquires to answer for yourselves in order to gain back that control as soon as looming daily distractions rears its ugly head:

1. Write down a list of common or even the potential distractions that you endure on a daily basis. This could be either at home, in the professional realm, or even both areas if they each seem to offer unpreventable and varied distractions.
2. Using the same list, offer reasons as to why these occurrences happen or could potentially occur; therefore, burdening an aggressive or reluctant will to properly focus.
3. Then, of course, list detailed explanations as to what needs to be changed within the daily routine to stop those same disconcerting moments from occurring as they do...in a repetitive nature or even if unannounced circumstantial times arise. Obviously, if anything happens that is directly involving you or your well-being, such as an emergency or something, then there will need to be a sense of distraction considering the extenuating circumstance(s).

Think of the daily distractions that, well...distract you and think of them in the same terms as a fitness buff perceives their work out, lifestyle and healthy living patterns for exactly what it is...A LIFESTYLE CHANGE TO COMMIT TO EACH AND EVERY DAY!

If you can find ways to commit to, first, discover the daily distractions, then secondly, learn to focus on the objectives that come about commonly or otherwise, then the lifestyle change that deems necessary to be considered to make life even more simple and stress-free.

Let me know ways that you find to ways to better center your own focus after discovering the reasons why distractions had got under your skin and how you eliminated or diminished those areas...
